Rachel Ogolo is the Current Group Product Manager at Vitafoam Nigeria.  She is a graduate of Microbiology from Obafemi Awolowo University, with an M.B.A. in marketing from Lagos state university.

She is a chartered member of chartered institute of marketing UK, where she obtained a professional diploma in marketing. She is also member of American marketing association and have attended various local and international trainings in marketing.
She has over 13years experience in the marketing and sales and brings in her wealth of experience in business to business and business to consumer marketing into our team.

Olugbenga has over ten (10) years practical commercial dispute resolution and corporate and commercial legal practice experience. He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Prior to joining Broadridge, he was with the firms of G.O. Sodipo & Co and Messrs Templars; leading law firms in Nigeria. He has carved a niche for himself in commercial dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law and regulatory and compliance issues. He has successfully represented many multinational companies in many complex commercial disputes at different fora including appellate courts in Nigeria and in arbitral proceedings.


His in-depth knowledge of the law garnered over the years in law practice over divers aspects of law is a valuable asset to clients he has rendered services to over the years. He was appointed as a Notary Public for the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2013 by the Chief Justice of the Federation – Honourable Justice Aloma Mukhtar. He attended University of Ilorin, in Nigeria where he graduated with Honours and was also a Federal Government of Nigeria’s scholar.




Gbolahan Olojede, Nigerian, is currently the Chief Financial Officer for JNC International. Gbolahan is a 1991 graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is also an alumnus of Stephen F. Austin State University, Texas where he graduated top of his MBA class in 2004, and has tutored Finance and Accounts both at professional and academic levels within and outside of Nigeria.


A consummate Finance and Accounts professional with vast experience that spans over 22 years, gathered in various finance roles including Chief Finance Officer, Group Accountant, Head of Finance and Accounts, Finance Controller, External Auditor, Internal Auditor and other key financial management roles in several organizations.


Gbolahan was CFO at UBA Global Markets Limited (now UBA Capital), a one-stop Investment Banking and Services group made up of UBA Global Markets Limited, UBA Stockbrokers and UBA Registrars. He has been involved in other roles including Data Analyst position with the State of Texas, USA; Project Team Leader in Strategy and Business Transformation division of UBA Plc, Nigeria; and Team Lead in Project and Structured Finance unit of Bank PHB Investment Banking division.


He was also Chief Financial Officer of Investment Banking and Subsidiaries, an umbrella structure created by the erstwhile Bank PHB Plc for its Investment Banking and 11 other non-bank financial institution subsidiaries. He was later to anchor the subsidiaries divestiture project for the bank before being deployed to lead the Telecoms team in Corporate Banking.


As an Associate of the Certified Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, His last 52month in banking was actually spent in Marketing.




Ayo attended the Obafemi Awolowo University where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) in 1989. He was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990. In twenty years of practice, Ayo has emerged as one the finest trial lawyers in Nigeria and he has combined his advocacy skills with a unique ability to equally manage clients’ transactions with a commercial approach.

As a core area of his practice, Ayo is a trial lawyer per excellence. Over the past twenty years, he has rendered advice on a vast array of legal issues and has successfully conducted trials on groundbreaking issues of law and fact. He has written and argued briefs at the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Nigeria on several novel issues of law and some of the decisions have been reported in Nigerian Law Reports as locus classicus on the issues of law or fact that were argued and pronounced upon in those appeals.

Ayo was appointed a Notary Public in 2006 by the Chief Justice of Nigeria.
